Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI in the Lead website and services operated by Pix3l Pioneer LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. About Our Platform

AI in the Lead is a lead generation and local services directory platform. We connect homeowners ("Consumers") with local trade businesses ("Service Providers" or "Contractors") through our directory listings, lead routing, and recommendation services.

AI in the Lead is not a contractor, service provider, or home services company. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work done by Service Providers listed on our platform. Service Providers are independent third parties, and any agreement you enter with a Service Provider is solely between you and that provider.

2. User Roles

Consumers (Homeowners): You may browse the directory, submit service request forms, read reviews, and use our guides and cost resources at no cost. By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted by matched Service Providers via phone, email, or SMS regarding your request.

Service Providers (Contractors): You may create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, receive leads, and manage your directory listing. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms described below and to respond professionally to leads you receive.

3. Lead Delivery

We route consumer service requests to matching Service Providers based on trade, geography, and subscription tier. Our lead standards require:

Leads are opportunities, not guaranteed jobs or revenue. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed sale, completed project, or any particular outcome. Free sample leads are provided to demonstrate our service and do not create any obligation.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Service Provider subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Current plans are:

Plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle through your account portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

If a payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period before pausing lead delivery. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.

5. Directory Listings and Content

Business information displayed in our directory is sourced from public data (including Google Maps) and from information provided by Service Providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing. Service Providers may update their information through their account dashboard.

6. Disclaimers

Our platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not endorse, verify, certify, or guarantee the qualifications, quality of work, licensing status, insurance coverage, or reliability of any Service Provider listed on our platform. Consumers are responsible for independently verifying a Service Provider's credentials, licensing, and insurance before hiring.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pix3l Pioneer LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, any lead received or delivered, any interaction with a Service Provider or Consumer, or any work performed or not performed by a Service Provider.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on this platform are owned by Pix3l Pioneer LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. AI-generated landing pages created for Service Providers remain the property of Pix3l Pioneer LLC and are licensed to the subscriber for the duration of their active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
